Dear classmates，since the college entrance examination is over and we are about to leave our school，a class farewell evening party is to be held soon to celebrate our three-year high school life．As the representative of the planning group，I would like to briefly introduce you our plan of the party．

The class farewell party will be held next Wednesday evening right in our classroom．For it will be the best time we gather together．As high school classmates，we find no reason to treat it so seriously，so we decided not to schedule a fixed programmed list．Instead，we want it to be a kind of “freedom” party where we can have anyone who wants to show himself and his talent，and we suppose this will make the atmosphere that night more lively and relaxing．After that，we'd move to the next part where we can recall our precious memory in the past three years in our class．Photos and videos will be displayed on a big screen with our classmates' and teachers' humorous comments．I believe this part would bring about a lot of fun．Next，we'd like to invite all the teachers who have taught us in the past three years to give us some advice on our future college life and in return，we will send them some handmade gifts to show our gratitude to their hard work and help in both our study and daily life，and this part would be the moving part and highlight of the whole party．
