假如你是李華,昨天在商場購買了一臺電風(fēng)扇,回家后發(fā)現(xiàn)它不能運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。你回到店里與營業(yè)員交涉時(shí),該營業(yè)員對你的態(tài)度惡劣,對你提出的問題不予受理。請你為此向經(jīng)理寫一封投訴信。
Dear Manager,
I feel sorry to trouble you but I am afraidthat I have to make a complaint.
Yesterday I bought an electric fan in your shop, but when I got home andturned it on, it didn't work. So I took it back and talked to theassistant about the problem. To my surprise, instead of helping me solve theproblem, the man, in a rude manner, refused to examine it.
Generally, your shop is well-known for good service and that is why Ibought the electric fan in your shop. I was really upset to find that such athing should have occurred in your shop.
I am waiting for a reasonable explanation andexpecting an early reply.

一般來說,貴店以服務(wù)好著稱,這就是我在貴店買電扇的原因。發(fā)現(xiàn)這樣的事情竟然發(fā)生在你們店里,我真的很難過。
