At the moment, I am going to a private Christian school, and as a part of our school's Christian education, each student is required to attend thirty chapels each semester.
Each week there are between three to five chapels, each at different times during the week. The chapels are similar to church in a few ways, but also different at times. Each chapel is different, and it depends on who is speaking or leading the chapel.
Sometimes there will be a speaker who leads the chapel, and they will give a speech on a certain topic. Other times, there will be a music group who comes to our school and leads our chapel by playing music.
Because there are over seventy chapels a semester, there are always enough good choices. However, many students, including myself, forget to go to chapels at the start of the semester, and barely go to enough chapels at the end of the semster to get the required thirty.
