Ann: Streamed egg custard, scramble eggs, and boiled eggs are healthy. Boiled egg is much healthier that the egg should be boiled four or five minutes after the water boiled.

Lily: I heard that some people love to eat raw eggs or stir eggs with boiled water.

Ann: These are not healthy either, because some raw materials in the egg are harmful for our body.
