實用英語對話:排外主義

洋洋：我煩透了那些來自大城市的人，他們來到咱們縣上，買光了所有的房子，而且還反客為主，一點兒不把自己當(dāng)外人！

心濤：咱們縣城是需要注入些新鮮血液。商人們就從沒抱怨過這些外來人員，因為他們給縣里帶來更多的資金和機(jī)會。

洋洋：啊，是嗎？從反面來說，他們的投資會抬高物價，讓世代生活在這里的本地居民日子更難過。

心濤： 時代在變化，我們需要適應(yīng)。

洋洋：這些外來者才是需要適應(yīng)的人。畢竟，是他們搬進(jìn)我們的地盤。

心濤：沒看出來，你還真是排外啊。

洋洋：如果我能給他們下逐客令就好了。

 

 

Yangyang: I’m tired of those urban people. They came to our county and bought all the apartments. They think they turn from a guest into a host.

Xintao: Our county needs some new blood. Businessmen never complain about those urban people because they bring a lot of fund and opportunities.

Yangyang: Really? But on the contrary, the investment they made would result in price increase, making lives of people who have been living here for generations more difficult.

Xintao: Time is changing and we need to adjust to it.

Yangyang: It is those urban people who need to adjust to it. After all, they moved into our place.

Xintao: I didn't see you feel shut out.

Yangyang: If only I could ask them to leave.
