阿根廷為了應(yīng)對(duì)極端天氣有哪些措施呢

拉美國(guó)家時(shí)常發(fā)生極端天氣，為了應(yīng)對(duì)極端天氣都有哪些措施呢
 
來(lái)聽(tīng)今天的講解:
 
A: For example in Argentina if it is raining, it's like you change your schedule a little, right?
 
在阿根廷，如果下雨的話，就要稍微改變一下行程安排，對(duì)吧？
 
B: Yeah.
 
對(duì)。
 
A: Because of the rain, because it's not like every day raining. But here you have to do everything under the rain.
 
因?yàn)椴皇敲刻於枷掠?。不過(guò)在這里，就要頂著雨做事了。
 
B: Yeah, but at the same time it, everything is made and it's built to kind of you know work with the rain.
 
對(duì)，不過(guò)這里的一切都是為了應(yīng)對(duì)在下雨天工作而準(zhǔn)備的。
 
A: Yeah, for instance, the clothes, right?
 
沒(méi)錯(cuò)，比如衣服，對(duì)吧？
 
B: Yeah, the clothes and all the facilities, you know everything is made for that.
 
對(duì)，衣服，還有所有的設(shè)施，你知道所有的東西都是為了應(yīng)對(duì)天氣設(shè)計(jì)的。
 
A: It's preparing for having a lot of water.
 
為了應(yīng)對(duì)大量的雨水而準(zhǔn)備的。
 
B: Yeah, exactly. If you have, I don't know, two or three days in a row that it's raining in Chile, we will have serious problems.
 
沒(méi)錯(cuò)。如果智利連續(xù)下兩三天雨，那我們就會(huì)面臨嚴(yán)重的問(wèn)題。
 
A: The same happens in Argentina.
 
阿根廷也是如此。
 
B: Floods and that would be an issue so for me the weather thing is I like rain, just a little bit.
 
可能會(huì)引發(fā)洪水等問(wèn)題，對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)，我喜歡下雨，但是不喜歡雨水太多。
 
A: Yeah, from time to time it's really nice.
 
對(duì)，偶爾下點(diǎn)雨還是很好的。
 
B: Yeah, exactly.

A: And enjoyable.

B: Yeah.
 
對(duì)。
 
A: But every day? Yes, it's true. The thing is that the weather is changing, right?
 
可是每天下雨？沒(méi)錯(cuò)，問(wèn)題是天氣很多變，對(duì)吧？
 
B: Yeah.
 
對(duì)。
 
A: And the infrastructure of my country wasn't prepared for this weather.
 
我們國(guó)家的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施并沒(méi)有準(zhǔn)備好應(yīng)對(duì)這種天氣。
 
B: That's true.
 
沒(méi)錯(cuò)。
 
A: So if it rains a couple of days in a row, sometimes the city collapses.
 
如果連續(xù)下幾天雨，城市可能就毀了。
 
B: That's true. A lot of cities in Latin America have the same problem. They're poorly constructed and for that specific thing and we have a lot of problems especially with poor people. So when you talk about the weather I think it's not only your personal thing, sometimes you have to consider a couple of other factors as well.
 
沒(méi)錯(cuò)。拉美很多城市都有同樣的問(wèn)題。這些城市構(gòu)造不佳，而且由于貧窮人口，我們有很多問(wèn)題。所以在談?wù)撎鞖鈺r(shí)，我認(rèn)為這并不是個(gè)人的事，也要考慮許多其他的因素。
 
A: And the public transport?
 
公共交通呢？
 
B: Yeah, I think that's another issue because for us public transportation is just a complete mess.
 
對(duì)，我認(rèn)為公共交通是另一個(gè)問(wèn)題，我們認(rèn)為公共交通完全是一團(tuán)糟。
 
A: There are a lot of public transport in Argentina but the thing is that all the infrastructure is not prepared for a lot of rain so when it happens sometimes the subway should stop for a couple of hours and that is very annoying.
 
阿根廷有很多公共交通工具，但是問(wèn)題是所有的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施都沒(méi)有為多雨天氣做準(zhǔn)備，所以當(dāng)連續(xù)下雨時(shí)，地鐵就會(huì)停運(yùn)幾小時(shí)，這令人非常惱火。
 
B: Because it changes the whole schedule, right?
 
因?yàn)檫@會(huì)改變整個(gè)行程計(jì)劃，對(duì)吧？
 
A: Yes, definitely.
