　　年幼時，我們胡思亂想，認(rèn)為我們經(jīng)常受到被稱為“細(xì)菌”的隱形殺手的侵襲。因此，我們必須長期保持警惕，要在它們動怒時，保護(hù)好我們自己。但是我們忽略了一個重要的事實(shí)，那就是我們的身體有很好的抵抗力，足以對付小小的惡魔。抵御它們侵襲的良策是保持一種明智的生活方式。

　　Early in life, too, we become seized with the bizarre idea that we are constantly assaulted by invisible monsters called germs, and that we have to be on constant alert to protect ourselves against their fury, but equal emphasis is not given to the presiding fact that our bodies are superbly equipped to deal with the little demons and the best way of forestalling an attack is to maintain a sensible lifestyle.
