I knew I wanted to do something special for my 30th birthday. I had always wanted to try my hand at slice-of-life comics and figured this would be as good a time as any. How fitting it was that my special gift to my workaholic self was more work.

我知道我想為我的30歲生日做些特別的事情。我一直想嘗試把自己的生活片段畫成漫畫，并認為這將是一個很好的時機。我給工作狂的特別禮物是更多的工作，這是多么合適啊!

Keep Busy is a semi-autobiographical, dark (sometimes depressing) comedy. It is often inspired by real experiences, fears, and thoughts I have or have had. While the series has given me more work which I already had plenty of, I don’t regret making it, for it has been a wonderful place to turn frustration into comedy. It makes me laugh and maybe – just maybe – it makes you laugh as well.

《保持忙碌》是一部半自傳體、黑暗(有時令人沮喪)的喜劇。它經(jīng)常受到我的真實經(jīng)歷、恐懼和想法的啟發(fā)。雖然這個系列給了我更多的工作，我已經(jīng)有很多，但我并不后悔，因為它是一個把挫折變成喜劇的好地方。它讓我笑，也許——只是也許——它也會讓你笑。
