The creator of the page, Rokas Stasevi?ius, said he started it after one memorable encounter. Rokas was taking a trolleybus when one of the passengers, a drunk, was smoking inside of it, singing chanson songs and, after being kicked out of the vehicle, waved Rokas goodbye with a smile on his face.
