如何培養(yǎng)孩子專注力

In family education,we should pay great attention to cultivate children's concentration.We should stimulate children's concentration when they are young.Specifically,young parents can train their children to focus in this way.

在家庭教育中要十分注意培養(yǎng)孩子的專注力，我們在孩子小的時候就該把孩子的專注力激發(fā)出來。具體來說年輕的父母可以這樣對幼兒進(jìn)行專注力的訓(xùn)練。

視覺注意力訓(xùn)練

Show the child some pictures or pictures of animals and ask him some questions.For example,show the child a picture and ask him to tell him who is in the picture,several men,several women,several adults and several children,what each of them is doing.But let the child observe things constantly changing,or the child will not feel interested.

讓孩子看一些照片或動物圖片，并提出一些問題，比如給孩子看一張照片，讓他說說照片里都有什么人，幾個男的、幾個女的、幾個大人幾個小孩，他們每個人都在干什么。不過讓孩子觀察的東西要不斷地變換，不然孩子就會感到?jīng)]有興趣了。

聽覺注意力訓(xùn)練

To tell stories to children,agreed in advance,after the story to ask questions let him answer,if you can before the story told him to ask his question in advance,believe the effect will be better,it's like we are listening to the teacher,as if ready to preview first,find out the places they have questions,will look out for when listening.

給孩子講故事，事先說好，故事講完之后要提出問題讓他回答，如果能夠在講故事之前就把要問他的問題提前告訴他，相信效果會更好，這就好比我們聽老師講課一樣，如果先做好預(yù)習(xí)，找出了自己有疑問的地方，在聽講時就會特別留心。

動作注意力訓(xùn)練

That is,by having the child complete a specific action to achieve the goal of training attention.For example,teaching him to do some gymnastic moves,dance moves or some game moves can achieve this effect.

即通過讓孩子完成特定的動作來達(dá)到訓(xùn)練注意力的目的。比如教他做一些體操動作舞蹈動作或一些游戲動作，都能達(dá)到這種效果。

混合型注意力訓(xùn)練

In fact,it is the combination of eyes,ears and movements,which not only train the vision and hearing,but also train the movement.This kind of training is very difficult.You can show your children how to do it while you are talking.

實際上就是把眼睛看、耳朵聽和動作結(jié)合起來，既訓(xùn)練了視覺和聽覺，又訓(xùn)練了動作。這種訓(xùn)練難度大，可以邊說邊示范給孩子看，讓孩子跟著做，比如說出一種行動，讓孩子表演出來等。

As the child's attention increases,focus gradually becomes a habit,and his ability to concentrate will continue to improve.

孩子的注意力增強(qiáng)了，專注漸漸成為孩子的一種習(xí)慣，他的專注力就會不斷得到提高。
