對立觀點型文章的兩種寫法

　　[1] The term “……” may by no means sound strange to most people at the present day.

　　引入某個現(xiàn)象，進(jìn)而切入主題

　　[2] Does anyone hold the same attitude toward “……”? definitely not. As to this issue, opinions vary from person to person.闡明不同的人有不同的觀點

　　第二段：闡明“有些人”的正反觀點 (第3、4、5、6、句)

　　[3] For those who hold the opinion that”正面觀點”claim that, firstly, 理由之一

　　[4] Secondly,持正面觀點者，理由之二

　　[5] However, others maintain that“反面觀點”…理由之一

　　[6] Moreover, “反面觀點”…理由之二

　　第三段：闡明“my view”我的觀點 (第7、8、9句)

　　[7] If I were forced to agree with one of the two opinions, I, doubtless, stand by the idea that…闡明你支持的觀點 + On one hand,你的理由之一

　　[8] On the other hand, 你的理由之二

　　[9] Given the factors I have just outlined, I strongly commit to the notion that…

　　再次表明你的看法和觀點 (和文章第7句呼應(yīng)，形成段落內(nèi)的總分總結(jié)構(gòu))

　　以上摘自金老師的博客，下面是我補(bǔ)充的兩一種模式。

　　第一段，引出一個issue即討論的對象，然后點出兩種不同的觀點，緊接著擺出自己的觀點同意前者或后者。第二段，首先簡短陳述你所不支持那方的理由(for the sake of objectivity and all-sidedness),然后筆鋒一轉(zhuǎn)詳細(xì)陳述你支持那方。第三段，總結(jié)，點明意義和呼應(yīng)自己觀點。自己擬了一個框架如下：

　　There has sprung up a heated discussion as to whether---.Views vary from person to person. some people hold the view that--while others strongly suggest that---. From my point of view, my favor goes to the former/later one.

　　It is true that----(cons point), however, we should never be blind to its opposite side. To start with,--Then,--Last but not least,--

　　From what has discussed above, it's not difficult to draw a conclusion that----
