1.Get the ball rolling開始行動
A：I think this is a perfect plan. Let‘s get the ball rolling！
B：I agree. Let‘s get into action.
A：我認為這是個完美的計劃，我們開始行動吧。
B：我同意，開始行動吧。
2. How to beat our competition如何在競爭中取勝
A： We need to study and figure out how to beat our competition.
B： Let‘s have a SWOT analysis.
A：我們得研究一下如何在競爭中取勝。
B：我們做一下SWOT分析。
Notes： SWOT means Strength， Weakness， Opportunity and Threat.
注：SWOT的意思是能力，弱點，機會和威脅。
3.Kick－off meeting啟動會
A： This is a kick－off meeting for the new program.
B： We want to make sure that we have a great start.
A：這是此項新項目的啟動會。
B：我們得保證有個好的開始。
4.Strike a plan做一個計劃
A： Let‘s strike a plan， and get the ball rolling.
B： We already have a proposal. Would you like to take a look？
A： Of course.
A：我們來做一個計劃，然后開始實施。
B：我們已經(jīng)有一個設想了，你要不要看一下？
A：當然。
5.Form an alliance組建聯(lián)盟
A： How do we form an alliance？
B： We should work together on any new quotations and targeted business.
