Shirley: Hi, Jane, you are a different person now. How's it going?
Jane: The training is useful, and I learned much about how to keep fit.
Shirley: Really? Tell me about it. You know, I haven't been to the club for a
long time because of the busy work..
Jane: The first thing we should do is to have a healthy diet. The more fruits
you eat, the better your skin appears.
Shirley: The same thing with vegetables, right? Everybody seems to know that.
There is something else?
Jane: Yeah, I'm not sure you've heard that a sound sleep is crucial for
fitness.
Shirley: I've heard that. Does your trainer tell you anything about staying
in a good mood?
Jane: Exactly. A good sense of humor can help your metabolism work
better.
Shirley: That's the same old things. But they are very important, if you
wanna achieve your goals.
Jane: Yes, that's the way to go. It's also important to do proper
exercise.
Shirley: Right, too much or too little wouldn't be effective. Have you
learned anything else?
Jane: There is one. The trainer asks us to buy more skin care products.
Shirley: Are you kidding? My trainer has never said such thing to me. He
always advises people against such kind of things.
Jane: But my trainer does. He says women tend to show their age earlier than
men. They get wrinkles on their faces easier. So they really need something to
delay the process.
Shirley: That makes sense. Following these rules, I think you will be right
on your track.
Jane: Yes, right now nothing can stop me!

雪莉:你開(kāi)玩笑吧?我的教練從來(lái)沒(méi)有對(duì)我說(shuō)過(guò)類(lèi)似的事情。他總是建議我們不要用這種東西。
簡(jiǎn):但是我的教練確實(shí)這樣說(shuō)了。他說(shuō)女人比男人容易顯老,臉上容易有皺紋,所以必須用一些護(hù)膚品來(lái)延緩這個(gè)過(guò)程。
