　　每個(gè)人都希望自己的意見受到重視，談判時(shí)傾聽對方的意見尤其重要。當(dāng)你和他人進(jìn)行溝通時(shí)，除了說出自己的想法以外，隨時(shí)可加上一句What is your opinion?(你的意見如何?)或I'd like to hear your ideas about the problem.(我想聽聽你對這個(gè)問題的看法)來交換意見，不但讓對方感覺受到重視，更能使你們因思想的交流而逐漸達(dá)成共識。
