86. Pets and dogs
When I was in the fifth grade, I moved to the country. We had pigs, chickens, rabbits, fish, turtles, cats, dogs and a horse. I would run everywhere with the dogs. I can say what dogs are called---men's best friends. they are loyal. They always seem happy to see you, be fond and listen to you. I really love my dog. When I moved back to the city, the animals were left behind. Stanley said that they are having a pet
around at home, that's a lot to get rid of stress. I totally agree. Before I came to career, I was not really a friend of animals coming into the house. But after coming to career, and seeing how much joy as small animal can bring to someone, I don't have any problem with pets living with people. As long as they are housebroking and follow the rules. My brother-in-law has a nice puppy that brings his family a lot of joy. One of my best friends has a few small dogs. I would like to have a dog. But I'm afraid my little kids are unready for that kind of responsibility yet. Maybe some day.
Talk about it. Did you ever have a pet? What was it? Do you want to get a pet of some kind? What do you think of people who have pets and treat them like kids? Do you consider yourself a dog person or a cat person? Have you ever had a scary experience with an animal before? Do you think it's true that pets and their owners often seem similar as time goes by, kind of like a husband and wife? Pets can offer companionship and a team mate. However, there is a lot of responsibility that comes
of being a pet owner. What are some other responsibility is it involved? If you could have any pet in the world, what would it be? What would you name your pet?
