B: What do you mean by your regular employees?

A: Actually,both whitecollar and bluecollar.
B: Do you mean that the companies in Japan and their employees
have a certain commitment to each other to stay together
through the employees entire career life?
A: You said it!

A: We recruit temporary employees sometimes.
B: Then how do you decide who will be the regular employees?
A: We have an interview procedure and they will also pass a strict test.
Then those with excellent performances will become regular employees.

B: That rarely happens in Japan.
