This is my car. For when, you're referring to a time or a date. For example, when is your party? My party's at 3:00. Or when is your party? My party is on Friday. For questions with where, you're referring to a location. For example, where is your school? My school is on 23rd Street. With who questions you're referring to a person. For example, who is that person over there? She is my sister. For why, you're referring to a reason. Why are you crying? I'm crying because I'm sad. And how asks, by what means.
