How to Handle Stress in Our Life?

In this competitive society, people cannot avoid the stress from the bustle and hustle of modern life. Appropriate pressure is the motivation for our progress, while too much stress will have harmful effects on our health and work. We cannot avoid it, so we must learn to with it properly.

在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的社會(huì)中,人們無(wú)法避免現(xiàn)代社會(huì)給人們帶來(lái)的壓力。適當(dāng)?shù)膲毫κ羌ぐl(fā)我們前進(jìn)的動(dòng)力,但是,壓力過(guò)大將影響我們的健康和工作。我們無(wú)法避免壓力,所以我們必須學(xué)會(huì)處理壓力。

In the first place, it is important to have a correct understanding about stress. We are now in a world where the fittest will survive, and it’s better to ensure survival than being defeated. But to individuals, the social environment will not change. We have to realize both the positive and negative aspects of stress. It is like a double-edged sword, which may be used by us, or may hurt us. The key point is whether you hold the blade or the handle. We can take it as a motive force for us to make progress, makefull use of it and avoid being hurt by it.

首先,我們對(duì)壓力要有一個(gè)正確的認(rèn)識(shí)。人們都知道適者生存的道理,我們還要確保人們不會(huì)被打倒。但是對(duì)于個(gè)人來(lái)說(shuō),我們改變不了社會(huì)環(huán)境。我們必須要認(rèn)識(shí)到壓力帶給人們的好處和壞處。壓力就像是一把雙刃劍,我們可以利用它,但是壓力也會(huì)傷害到我們。關(guān)鍵是你拿的是刀刃還是刀柄。我們可以把它當(dāng)做動(dòng)力來(lái)進(jìn)步,充分利用它,并防止傷害。

In the second place, people have to adjust their own mood and mentality. We should say to ourselves thatI like challenges and I am strong, but never think I am a loser or I cannot stand that any more. The positive hint will change your attitude, and then affect the result of your behavior. And it is also of great importance to cherish what you have got. The common weak point of the human being is that he longs forwhat he cannot get, but does not value and protect what he has at the moment. Most people are thinking about how to own more, such as social status, power, honor and so on.

第二,人們必須能夠自己調(diào)節(jié)情緒和心態(tài)。我們應(yīng)該對(duì)自己說(shuō)我喜歡挑戰(zhàn),我很強(qiáng)壯,千萬(wàn)不要認(rèn)為自己是一個(gè)失敗者,我將一敗涂地。積極的態(tài)度將會(huì)改變我們的態(tài)度,并影響事情的結(jié)果。珍惜現(xiàn)有的一切也是非常重要的。人類(lèi)的共同弱點(diǎn)是追求那些沒(méi)有得到的,卻沒(méi)有珍惜現(xiàn)在所擁有的。許多人都在想著如何獲取更多的東西,例如社會(huì)地位、權(quán)利、榮譽(yù)等。

At last the more they want ,the more pressure they get. If they can give something up, they will feel better.Finally, some practical measures can help us to handle stress in our life. Having a plan on the career, increasing the competitiveness and learning to control your time will do much help to reduce the stress. It is advisable to separate work from life. Work hard when you are at work and have a good rest when you are free. In other words, there must be a boundary.

最后,我們得到的越多,我們的壓力就越大。如果他們能夠放棄一些事物,那么他們的生活將會(huì)更美好。最后,許多實(shí)際的措施能夠幫助我們來(lái)處理生活中的壓力。為自己的人生做規(guī)劃,增加競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí),學(xué)會(huì)掌握時(shí)間,這將幫助你減輕壓力。把工作從生活中分離出去。工作時(shí)努力工作,休息時(shí)好好休息。換句話說(shuō),任何事情都有一個(gè)限度。

To sum up, the stress in our life is inevitable, and we must learn to handle it effectively. We must have a right understanding about it, try our best to adjust our own mentality and use practical ways to reduce it.

總結(jié),我們生活中的壓力是不可避免的,我們必須要學(xué)會(huì)處理它。我們對(duì)壓力應(yīng)該有一個(gè)清醒的認(rèn)識(shí),盡我們最大的可能來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)心態(tài),并用實(shí)際行動(dòng)來(lái)減輕壓力。
