　　啟事是一種公告性的通知，需要向公眾說明什么事情，要求什么幫助都可以采用。把啟事內容的要點作為標題寫在啟事的上方正中;啟事的日期寫在右上方;啟事者名稱在右下方;不用稱呼語。如：
