Some people believe that we should help those in an emergency. Others think that we should first make clear of the situation, then decide whether to assist or not. What’s your opinion?

Please include specific details in your explanation. I definitely agree with that one should observe before helping others when there is an emergency. Firstly, you must keep your mind clear if you are able to help solving the problem, otherwise you may do nothing but even put yourself in danger. For example, if the rescue needs more people or other tools, you should stop and think about where to get them. In addition, some imprudent actions may even make things worse. If you try to move a patient who just had a heart attack, it might even cause death. Sometimes it's best to get the professionals to deal with the situation than trying to cope with it yourself. So I think one should observe before helping others.

我絕對同意在出現(xiàn)緊急情況時每個人都應(yīng)該幫助別人。首先,如果你能伸出援手解決這個問題,你自己必須保持頭腦清醒，否則你可能什么忙都幫不到反而將自己置于危險境地。例如,如果救援需要更多的人或其他工具,這時候你就應(yīng)該思考它們在哪里。此外,一些輕率之舉甚至可能使情況變得更糟。如果你想移動剛好心臟病發(fā)作的病人,甚至可能導(dǎo)致病人死亡。有時最好是讓專業(yè)人士來處理情況而不是自己試圖應(yīng)對。所以,我認為每個人在幫助別人前應(yīng)該善加觀察。
