面試中如何回答“你怎么老換工作“？

　　從HR的角度講，頻繁跳槽算不上一件好事?？墒钦l又能保證一畢業(yè)就能找到適合自己的工作呢?跳槽的原因也不全都是主觀造成。而合理跳槽也是職業(yè)規(guī)劃的一部分。但當HR看到你簡歷上“豐富”的工作經(jīng)歷，還是忍不住問“你怎么換了這么多工作?”。這個時候，本文的四個回答就能幫上你。

　　關于職位

　　The only reason is that I want a higher position. I’d like to have a job that is more dynamic and challenging. I want to work in a company where I can display my ability, and I hope to have an opportunity to develop my abilities.

　　唯一的原因是我想要謀求更高的職位。我想要做更有活力和具有挑戰(zhàn)性的工作。 我想在能展示我能力的公司里工作，并且我希望有機會使我的能力得到發(fā)展。

　　關于公司規(guī)模

　　In my first job, I worked in a small company where the division of labor was very clear，but I didn’t have much chance to enrich my experience. After I left there, I found a job in a larger company where I hoped to broaden my horizon, but unfortunately the economic crisis compelled my boss to close his business, so I had to leave my position.

　　我的第一份工作是在一家分工明確的小公司內(nèi)任職，但是沒有足夠的機會來豐富我的經(jīng)驗。離開那兒之后，我在一家稍大一些的公司里找到一份工作，我希望能在那里開闊眼界，但是不幸的是，經(jīng)濟危機使我的老板不得不停止經(jīng)營，所以我不得不離開。

　　關于發(fā)揮空間

　　I have changed my job so frequently just because I have a higher goal for work. My former jobs made me see no chance for further advancement and I was not able to fully utilize my skills. I want to give full play to my skills in my work and broaden my knowledge by gaining different experiences.

　　我如此頻繁地換工作，只是因為我有著更高層次的工作目標。我之前的工作都讓我看不到前景，并且我也不能充分發(fā)揮我的能力。我想要在工作中充分地展示自己的能力，也要通過獲得不同的經(jīng)驗來擴展自己的知識。

　　關于薪水

　　Because I want to find an ideal company that I really want to work for for a long period of time, and then I would settle down and make a long-term contribution. And I hope the company would offer me with a more reasonable salary for I have a family.

　　因為我想找到一家我真的愿意長期為之效勞的理想中的公司，然后我會安定下來， 并做出長久的貢獻。我也希望公司能給我提供較為合理的薪水，因為我要養(yǎng)家糊口。
