歡迎回來， Faith口語課堂-天天學(xué)的新老朋友們，我是Faith老師。新的一天帶來了我們新的一課，昨晚休息得好嗎?現(xiàn)在準(zhǔn)備好了今天的英語愉快之旅嗎?

首先介紹一個(gè)很漂亮的詞：fabulous，意思是"好極了，棒極了"：

The blind date last weekend was fabulous. 上個(gè)周末的那次相親棒極了。

The job you did was fabulous, I never expected you could make it, you're fabulous. 你的工作很出色，我從沒料到你能完成這項(xiàng)工作，你確實(shí)很出色。

-What do you think of my new dress? 你覺得我的新裙子如何?

-it's fabulous; it's absolutely worth 1000 dollars. 太漂亮了，確實(shí)值1000塊。

下面，進(jìn)入我們本課的正題，有機(jī)會做某事：

有一個(gè)最簡單的表達(dá)法是：have chance to do something

I hope I have the chance to meet you face to face one day. 我喜歡有機(jī)會某天和你面談。

"Get to do something"是非常口語化的表達(dá)"有機(jī)會做某事"的表達(dá)法：

If you don't try it for yourself, you'll never get to develop yourself. 如果你不親自嘗試一下，你永遠(yuǎn)不會有機(jī)會提高你自己。

This morning, I was too busy to get to talk to you. 今天早上，我太忙了以至于沒機(jī)會和你說上兩句話。

If I get to know him, I'll make him fall in love with me. 如果有機(jī)會讓我認(rèn)識他，我肯定能讓他愛上我。

I've been working so hard in order to get to be promoted. 我一直很努力地工作為的是能有機(jī)會升職。

You'll never get to hurt me again, I won't let you. 你不會有機(jī)會再次傷害我了，我不會讓你這么做。
