In court documents surfaced in September of last year, King accused the Moonstruck actress, 77, of hiring four men to kidnap her estranged husband in late 2022.

In the filing, Cher also claimed that King is not fit to be his conservator because "their tumultuous relationship has been marked by a cycle of drug addiction and mental health crises."
