政協開幕為昆明恐暴案遇難者“默哀”

　　Members of the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) pay silent tribute to the victims of the Saturday terrorist attack in southwestern city of Kunming, at the opening of the second session of the 12th National Committee of the CPPCC in Beijing on March 3, 2014.

　　中國人民政治協商會議第十二屆全國委員會全體成員在3月3日的全國政協十二屆二次會議開幕式上為周六(3月1日)昆明恐怖襲擊事件中的遇難者默哀。

　　“默哀”(silent tribute)是對逝者表示悼念的一種方式，“為…默哀”可用pay silent tribute to someone或observe a moment of silence for someone表示。在互聯網普及的今天，不少人還會在網上敬獻虛擬花圈(virtual wreath)對逝者進行網上悼念(online tribute)。四川汶川地震和青海玉樹地震后，國家都設立了全國哀悼日(national mourning day)，對遇難者進行悼念。
