A government-initiated "chatting" with two online travel service providers about the budget travel product "one yuan for an overseas trip" has triggered hot discussion online.
政府部門對兩大在線旅游服務提供商就低價旅游產(chǎn)品“一元出境游”進行約談在網(wǎng)上引發(fā)熱議。
低價旅游產(chǎn)品,可以用budget travel product表示,budget表示價格低廉的,如廉價航空(budget airline)、budget hotel(經(jīng)濟型酒店/廉價旅館)等。“一元出境游”(one yuan for an overseas trip)等超低價旅游產(chǎn)品在受追捧之外,也遭到了一些人的質(zhì)疑。
對此,同程旅游回應,一元門票與《旅游法》中禁止的零團費(free-of-charge tours)、負團費(negative-charge tours)有著本質(zhì)的區(qū)別,并沒有強迫購物(forced shopping)的行為,相關(guān)優(yōu)惠活動將繼續(xù)進行。途牛“一元出境游”板塊已經(jīng)關(guān)停。
國家旅游局監(jiān)督管理司司長(division head of supervision and management under the China National Tourism Administration)彭志凱表示,密切注意(keep an eye on)這些低價旅游產(chǎn)品,是為了保護游客權(quán)益(protect tourists' rights)。類似低價旅游,不僅是一種營銷行為(marketing behavior),企業(yè)需對價格構(gòu)成作出合理的解釋(provide elaboration on how to manage the cost)。
