The Hurun Luxury Consumer Price Index, an annual study that gauges levels of top-end individual spending in China, has contracted for the first time in nine years.
胡潤富豪消費價格指數(shù)9年來首次下降,該指數(shù)每年發(fā)布一次,主要估算中國高端人群的消費水平。
The LCPI 2015 dropped 1.8 percent year-on-year, said wealth researcher The Hurun Report which compiles the study, due to price declines in luxury properties, overseas trips and products.
胡潤報告顯示,由于豪宅、出境游和奢侈品價格降低,2015年富豪消費價格指數(shù)比上年下降1.8%。
Luxury Consumer Price Index即富豪消費價格指數(shù),簡稱為LCPI,該指數(shù)的研究涵蓋富豪生活消費的豪宅(luxury properties)、汽車等11大類,116個與高品質(zhì)生活方式相關的商品(top-end lifestyle products)價格。
分析來看,富豪消費價格總水平出現(xiàn)負增長的原因主要是人民幣升值(the appreciation of the Chinese currency)、反腐(anti-corruption campaign )、以及經(jīng)濟增速放緩(economic slowdown)。
報告顯示,富豪消費價格總水平同比下降1.8%,低于國家統(tǒng)計局公布的全國居民消費價格指數(shù)(Consumer Price Index,CPI)2015年6月CPI同比增長1.4%的水平。
衡量宏觀經(jīng)濟常見的指數(shù)還有生產(chǎn)者出廠價格指數(shù)(Producer Price Index ,PPI)和采購經(jīng)理指數(shù)(Purchasing Managers' Index,PMI)。
