埃及航空客機(jī)“失蹤”

埃及航空公司一架從法國巴黎飛往埃及開羅的客機(jī)19日凌晨飛越地中海時(shí)從雷達(dá)上消失。這架航班號為MS804的客機(jī)載有66人，其中包括56名乘客和10名機(jī)組人員。法國總統(tǒng)弗朗索瓦·奧朗德表示，飛機(jī)已經(jīng)墜海。

The airline said the plane, an Airbus A320, disappeared from radar about 16km (10 miles) inside Egyptian airspace at 2.30am local time on Thursday.

這里的“消失”除了disappear，還可以用vanish或者lose contact來表示。

A major search operation involving Egyptian, Greek, French and British military units is taking place near the Greek island of Karpathos. So far, no wreckage or debris from the aircraft has been found.
