滴滴被約談 順風(fēng)車業(yè)務(wù)全國(guó)下線

8月26日下午，交通運(yùn)輸部聯(lián)合公安部以及北京市、天津市交通運(yùn)輸、公安部門，針對(duì)“8月24日浙江省溫州市女孩乘坐滴滴順風(fēng)車途中被害”事件，對(duì)滴滴公司開展聯(lián)合約談，責(zé)令其立即對(duì)順風(fēng)車業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行全面整改。

The Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Public Security and related agencies in Tianjin, where Didi Chuxing is registered, on Sunday summoned senior executives of Didi Chuxing for a face-to-face meeting and ordered the company to rectify problems with its online hitch riding services, enhance security measures and release timely updates of its progress to correct the situation with the public.

8月26日，交通運(yùn)輸部、公安部以及滴滴出行公司注冊(cè)地天津市的相關(guān)部門對(duì)該公司高管進(jìn)行面對(duì)面約談，責(zé)令其立即對(duì)順風(fēng)車業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行全面整改，加強(qiáng)安全舉措，及時(shí)向社會(huì)公布有關(guān)整改情況。

“Summon someone for a meeting”在這里就是“約談某人”的意思，除此之外，summon還可以表示“(法庭)傳喚”，比如，He was summoned to court for traffic violation./He received a court summon for traffic violation.此外，summon還可以表示“鼓起(勇氣)、振作(精神)”的意思，常用的搭配是summon the courage to do something(鼓起勇氣做某事)，比如：It took him three months to summon the courage to tell her that he likes her.(他用了三個(gè)月才鼓起勇氣向她表白。)

According to local police, a 20-year-old woman went missing on Friday afternoon after hailing an auto from Didi in the city of Wenzhou. The driver was caught by police on Saturday morning, and confessed to rape and murder.

當(dāng)?shù)鼐奖硎荆?4日下午，一名20歲的女子在溫州從滴滴平臺(tái)叫了輛順風(fēng)車之后失聯(lián)，25日早晨，司機(jī)被警方抓獲，并承認(rèn)了強(qiáng)奸和謀殺行為。

The incident came after a 21-year-old female flight attendant using Didi was murdered by her hitch driver in the central city of Zhengzhou in May.

而就在5月份，一名21歲的空姐在鄭州搭乘滴滴順風(fēng)車時(shí)被司機(jī)殺害。

交通運(yùn)輸部部運(yùn)輸服務(wù)司司長(zhǎng)徐亞華在約談中指出，短短三個(gè)月時(shí)間發(fā)生兩起侵害乘客生命安全的惡性事件，暴露出滴滴出行平臺(tái)存在的重大經(jīng)營(yíng)管理漏洞和安全隱患(great management loopholes and safety perils with Didi)，企業(yè)主體責(zé)任落實(shí)不到位，嚴(yán)重威脅人民群眾出行安全和合法權(quán)益(seriously threatening passengers' safety, rights and interests)，社會(huì)影響非常惡劣(causing severe negative social impact)。

滴滴公司負(fù)責(zé)人表示，對(duì)此次事件深感自責(zé)和愧疚，滴滴公司負(fù)有不可推卸的重大責(zé)任，并承諾：

一是自8月27日起，在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)下線順風(fēng)車業(yè)務(wù)(suspend its hitch riding service nationwide)，重新評(píng)估業(yè)務(wù)模式;

二是9月1日前完成合規(guī)化運(yùn)營(yíng)工作方案(a plan on improving compliance will be finished by Sept. 1)，報(bào)送有關(guān)部門并接受社會(huì)監(jiān)督;

三是落實(shí)安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)任制，開展安全隱患自查工作(check for potential safety hazards)，完善隱患監(jiān)察機(jī)制，通過(guò)線上、線下手段，查找整改存在的問(wèn)題;

四是整改升級(jí)客服體系(the company's customer service system will be upgraded)，加大客服團(tuán)隊(duì)的人力和資源投入;

五是開拓平臺(tái)用戶緊急情況報(bào)警通道(launch a service to allow users to contact the police in case of emergencies)，完善配合公安機(jī)關(guān)證據(jù)調(diào)取機(jī)制(improve the mechanism of providing evidence for the police)。

The head of Didi Hitch and the vice president of customer service have been removed from their positions.

滴滴順風(fēng)車業(yè)務(wù)總經(jīng)理以及客服部副總裁均被免職。
