成都、杭州、寧波、西安、廣州等十個(gè)城市被選為“2019中國(guó)最具幸福感城市”。教育、就業(yè)、收入、社會(huì)福利、醫(yī)療、居住條件以及環(huán)境等與人民幸福感相關(guān)的領(lǐng)域，也是此次評(píng)選的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)。

Ten cities including Chengdu, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Xi'an and Guangzhou, have been listed as the happiest cities in China this year. Education, employment, income, social welfare, healthcare, living conditions, and environment all concern the people's sense of happiness and they are the key criteria in making the list.

今年的幸福感城市調(diào)查推選的活動(dòng)歷時(shí)3個(gè)多月，經(jīng)過(guò)大數(shù)據(jù)采集、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、材料申報(bào)、專家評(píng)審等多個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的嚴(yán)格遴選，成都、杭州、寧波、西安、廣州、長(zhǎng)沙、溫州、臺(tái)州、銅川、徐州等10座城市被推選為“2019中國(guó)最具幸福感城市”;佛山市南海區(qū)、廣州市天河區(qū)、廣州市黃埔區(qū)、寧波市鄞州區(qū)、深圳市南山區(qū)、江蘇省太倉(cāng)市、廣州市南沙區(qū)、湖南省長(zhǎng)沙縣、舟山市普陀區(qū)、浙江省慈溪市10座縣級(jí)城市(區(qū))被推選為“2019中國(guó)最具幸福感城市”(縣級(jí))。杭州作為唯一連續(xù)13年入選“中國(guó)最具幸福感城市”的城市，被組委會(huì)授予“幸福示范標(biāo)桿城市”榮譽(yù)。

此次活動(dòng)的評(píng)價(jià)體系以主觀調(diào)查、調(diào)研與客觀數(shù)據(jù)挖掘分析相結(jié)合，打造基于大數(shù)據(jù)的城市幸福感指標(biāo)體系，包括就業(yè)、居民收入、生態(tài)環(huán)境、城市吸引力、公共安全、生活品質(zhì)、教育、醫(yī)療等一級(jí)指標(biāo)，及上百個(gè)二級(jí)細(xì)分指標(biāo)。其中，網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查依據(jù)城市幸福感指標(biāo)體系，通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)抓取與幸福感有關(guān)的城市畫(huà)像和人的行為數(shù)據(jù)，覆蓋10億網(wǎng)民和200萬(wàn)用戶畫(huà)像;主觀調(diào)查涉及60萬(wàn)人。

【重要講話】

我了解人民群眾最關(guān)心的就是教育、就業(yè)、收入、社保、醫(yī)療、養(yǎng)老、居住、環(huán)境等方面的事情，大家有許多收獲，也有不少操心事、煩心事。我們的民生工作還有不少不如人意的地方，這就要求我們?cè)鰪?qiáng)使命感和責(zé)任感，把為人民造福的事情真正辦好辦實(shí)。各級(jí)黨委、政府和干部要把老百姓的安危冷暖時(shí)刻放在心上，以造福人民為最大政績(jī)，想群眾之所想，急群眾之所急，讓人民生活更加幸福美滿。

I am aware of the people's biggest concerns, such as education, employment, income, social security, healthcare, old-age security, housing and the environment. Though progress has been made, issues of public concern remain. Our efforts at improving people's well-being have not always been satisfactory. That is why we should strengthen our sense of responsibility, and do a good job of ensuring the people's well-being. The Party committees, governments, and officials at all levels must constantly hold in their hearts the interests and concerns of the people, and regard the benefit of the people as their greatest political achievement; they must think for the people, respond to their needs, and work for the greater happiness of the people.
