泰式按摩入選聯(lián)合國教科文組織非遺名錄

日前在哥倫比亞波哥大舉行的聯(lián)合國教科文組織會議上，泰式按摩被列入人類非物質文化遺產(chǎn)名錄(the list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity)。

對于泰式按摩入選，聯(lián)合國教科文組織表示：

The practice has its roots in self-care in Thai peasant society of the past, [where] every village had massage healers whom villagers would turn to when they had muscle aches from working the field.

泰式按摩根植于過去泰國農(nóng)耕社會的自我療愈，每個村都有按摩治療師，村民們干農(nóng)活感到肌肉疼痛時就會去找按摩師治療。

根據(jù)聯(lián)合國教科文組織的定義，非物質文化遺產(chǎn)(Intangible Cultural Heritage)包括口頭傳統(tǒng)(oral traditions), 表演藝術(performing arts), 社會慣例(social practices),儀式(rituals), 節(jié)日活動(festive events), 與本土或全球有關的知識及慣例(knowledge and practices concerning native and the universe)或者制作傳統(tǒng)工藝品的知識和技能(the knowledge and skills to produce traditional crafts)。

除了這里提到的人類非物質文化遺產(chǎn)名錄(the list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity)以外，還有一個類別是“急需保護的非物質文化遺產(chǎn)名錄(the list of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Need of Urgent Safeguarding)”，入選的項目都是急需采取保護措施，以繼續(xù)存活并傳承下去的項目，比如：我國的木活字印刷術(wooden movable-type printing)。

泰式按摩有何特點

Unlike conventional massages, Thai massages involve a lot of movement and typically sees people assuming a series of different positions.

與傳統(tǒng)按摩不同，泰式按摩有很多動作，會采用一系列不同的按摩姿勢。

Therapists use not only their hands but sometimes their forearms and knees to apply pressure. There is also no oil involved in Nuad Thai massage.

按摩師不僅用手，有時還會用前臂和膝蓋來施加壓力。此外，泰式按摩一般不會使用按摩油。
