農(nóng)歷牛年來(lái)臨之際，中共中央總書(shū)記、國(guó)家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平強(qiáng)調(diào)，在全面建設(shè)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化國(guó)家的道路上要繼續(xù)發(fā)揚(yáng)“三牛”精神。
As China rings in the Year of the Ox, President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, has urged promoting "the spirit of the ox" in pursuit of fully building a modern socialist China.

2020年國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際形勢(shì)錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜的條件下，我國(guó)取得了新冠肺炎疫情阻擊戰(zhàn)和抗擊洪災(zāi)的重大戰(zhàn)略性成果，實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)正增長(zhǎng)。2021年，在我國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)鄉(xiāng)村振興，實(shí)施新發(fā)展理念，深化改革開(kāi)放的進(jìn)程中，“三牛”精神將發(fā)揮更加重要的作用。
Despite complicated international and domestic situations in 2020, China has made major strategic achievements in the fight against the COVID-19 epidemic, conquered serious floods and achieved positive economic growth. The spirit of the ox will play a more important role in the year 2021 as China strives to achieve rural vitalization, implement a new development paradigm and deepen reform and opening-up.

“三牛”精神不僅是牛年的精神特質(zhì)，更應(yīng)該是全體共產(chǎn)黨員的精神共勉。以不怕苦、能吃苦的牛勁牛力勇往直前，必定能在新時(shí)代創(chuàng)造新的輝煌。
