　　1. 解詞釋義

　　Boob tube是指 “電視機(jī)”，相當(dāng)于Television。Tube是“電子管”的意思，剛發(fā)明出來(lái)的電視機(jī)使用真空管，美國(guó)人在就時(shí)候就稱(chēng)呼電視機(jī)為tube。Boob是“笨蛋”的意思，剛發(fā)明電視機(jī)的時(shí)候，電視節(jié)目非?？菰?，只有笨蛋才去看電視。
