人力資源之 公司培訓(xùn) Company Training

公司和組織會為其員工(their personnel)進(jìn)行各種培訓(xùn)。培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容主要包括:提高專業(yè)技能(performance levels)、了解公司的新產(chǎn)品、介紹新的市場動向等。培訓(xùn)目的在于通過再學(xué)習(xí)保證員工在工作中的高效率(most efficient in their jobs),為進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展提供機(jī)會。

類型

員工培訓(xùn)的題目領(lǐng)域范圍很廣(a wide range of topics),包含:1)通信;2)電腦技巧;3)客戶服務(wù);4)多樣性,尤其是不同文化和角度;5)人際關(guān)系;6)安全,尤其是涉及危險物品和設(shè)備(hazardous materials and dangerous equipment),等等。
