人力資源之 公司培訓(xùn)　Company Training

公司和組織會為其員工（their personnel）進(jìn)行各種培訓(xùn)。培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容主要包括：提高專業(yè)技能（performance levels）、了解公司的新產(chǎn)品、介紹新的市場動向等。培訓(xùn)目的在于通過再學(xué)習(xí)保證員工在工作中的高效率（most efficient in their jobs），為進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展提供機(jī)會。
