Insomnia
Steve: Moring, Mike. You look sleepy and pale. What happened?
Mike: Hi, Steve. I almost didn't sleep a wink last night. I suffered insomnia . In the past, I always sleep on both ears . But now it's so hard for me to fall sleep.
Steve: Oh, I am sorry to hear that. Did you have something on your mind? You look so concerned! Maybe I can help you.
Mike: Well, I'm under a lot of pressure . My boss is very pushy.
Steve: Is there anything I can help you?
Mike: No, thanks. I just want to know how to sleep well.
Steve: Well, I think you should drink some milk with some vodka before bed. After that, if you still awake, try to read some boring book.
Mike: OK. I will try.
Steve: How about having soft bedding or pillow and blanket?
Mike: I hope it works.
Steve: Or you can try to work very hard during the day to make yourself exhausted .
Mike: Alright. I'll try every means. Thank you very much.
Steve: Hope everything is all right with you.
