Brian: i'm more worried about our after-sales service.Customer satisfaction is more important than low prices. I really do not want to lose a buyer because of a poor service record.
Abby: I just earned one of my highest monthly sales commisions ever,and I have several new clients .So ,i can not say that i've noticed any problems.
S Mrg: Maybe our marketing department can conduct a servey to determine whether high price are affecting our competitveness.I'll send a memo out about that tomorrow.
Chris:Ok.i'll emphasize the high quality of Livevill's products when making my sales pitch.But i still think our prices are too high.
