LANDLADY:Oh, hi. You must be Nina.

NINA:Yes.

LANDLADY:Sorry I'm late. Did you find your way alright?

NINA:I did, thanks. Your directions were very clear.

LANDLADY:Good, just must find the keys. Ok, well let me show you around. This is the living room. You can put a sofa over here, and a coffee table there. OK?

LANDLADY:The kitchen's this way. There's a fridge and a microwave. Have a look yourself.

LANDLADY:This is the bathroom and here's the bedroom, it's lovely and light isn't it?

NINA:Yeah, and it's close to my shop. You see, I'm going to open a shop near here.

LANDLADY:Oh, how exciting! A shop! So?
