BOB:On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, I'll do a workout at the gym. Little bit of cardiovascular activity, maybe some weightlifting. Then on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I'd like to go jogging or maybe ride my bike in the neighborhood.
