17.On Saving 談節(jié)約
As we know, when senior students graduate from school, most of their reference books as well as their text books which are still in good condition are thrown away. What a great waste it is! I suggest that we should recycle these books.
大家都知道，當(dāng)高中生畢業(yè)的時候，他們的學(xué)習(xí)資料，還有課本大部分都扔掉了，其中好多都還可以用。這是多大的浪費(fèi)呀!
On the one hand, recycling them can save a lot of natural resources which can be reused to make textbooks. On the other hand, senior students may have made plenty of useful notes on the pages, they are very useful to the following users. At present, the whole nation is hold on to build an energy saving society.
我建議我們應(yīng)該回收這些書。一方面，回收這些書可以節(jié)約很多自然資源，這些資源可以被用來制做新的課本。另一方面，高中生很可能在書頁上做了很多筆記，這些筆記對后面的使用者會很有幫助的。
I think it is certaining meaningful to uur long term interests. In fact in Australia and some other countries, recycling textbooks is popular which gives us a good example.
目前，我們都在號召建立節(jié)約型社會。我認(rèn)為這對我們國家長遠(yuǎn)的利益具有相當(dāng)?shù)囊饬x。事實上，在澳大利亞和一些其他的國家，回收課本已經(jīng)是相當(dāng)受大家歡迎的，這給我們樹立了一個很好的榜樣。
