　　別說(shuō)漏了嘴。

　　Don't spill the beans字面意思是：“不要把豆子給揪出來(lái)了”，這個(gè)習(xí)語(yǔ)起源于古希臘，人們通過(guò)往罐子里放豆子的方式來(lái)選舉，不要將豆子撒出來(lái)，以免泄露選舉結(jié)果。所以這個(gè)習(xí)語(yǔ)的意思是：“泄露秘密，說(shuō)漏嘴”。因此，當(dāng)美國(guó)人說(shuō)"Don't spill the beans."時(shí)，他/她要表達(dá)的意思就是:"Don't give away thesecret."、"Don't let the cat out of the bag."。
