kiss one's ass直譯過(guò)來(lái)就是：“親某人的屁股”，這個(gè)短語(yǔ)的正確意思是：“巴結(jié)某人”。因此，當(dāng)美國(guó)人說(shuō)"But you can kiss my ass."時(shí)，他/她要表達(dá)的意思就是:"But you can try to curry favor with me."、"You can try your best to please me."。
