A: It is inevitable to have some disputes in doinginternational trade business. Could you tell me howto resolve the dispute in your country?
國際貿(mào)易中偶爾發(fā)生糾紛是避免不了的事。在貴國是怎樣解決這些糾紛的呢?
B: These are several ways. The best is to achieveconsensus through consultation.
有多種方式。最好的方法是通過雙方協(xié)商圓滿解決。
A: Would you seek for the legal means if theconsultation can't help resolve the dispute?
如果協(xié)商解決不了的話，通過法律就是說依靠國家權(quán)力來解決嗎?
B: Litigation is of course a way of resolving dispute. But actually we don't use it frequently.
訴訟當(dāng)然是解決糾紛的一種手段。不過實際上很少使用這種方式。
A: Then what should we do?
那怎么辦呢?
B: Usually through arbitration.
一般來說是通過仲裁來解決。
A: Does the final judgement by arbitration have binding force on the parties concerned?
那仲裁做出的決定是終決，對當(dāng)事人是有約束力的吧。
B: Yes.
