In my current position I face deadlines constantly.

在我目前的工作中，就經(jīng)常要面對一些有期限的工作。

I try to start on each project early so that I can avoid the last-minute stressful situations.

我努力讓每個(gè)計(jì)劃提早進(jìn)行，如此一來，我就可以避免截止日期到來前的壓力。

But sometimes they aren't avoidable-reports have to be finished on time and I know I can meet the deadline.

但是有時(shí)候還是會無法避免，例如必須準(zhǔn)時(shí)完成的報(bào)告，而且我知道我能趕上截止日期。

I have lived through many deadlines and never missed one for the past 10 years.
