　　I've had three years of experience as a trader.

　　我有三年從事貿易行業(yè)的經驗。

　　I understand that I'll need to learn the specific methods employed by this company,but I believe I have enough knowledge and experience to do the job.

　　我了解貴公司有自己的工作方法，并且我也有學習的必要，但是我相信我已經擁有足夠的知識和經驗來做這份工作。

　　Since I would be able to produce right away,I believe working as a trainee would be wasting the company's resources and wouldn't be in its best interests.

　　既然我可以立刻對公司做出貢獻，如果我以實習生的身份工作的話將會浪費公司資源，對公司而言并不利。

　　In one's best interests 對…最有利

　　如果是應屆畢業(yè)生的話，當然只能回答“Yes”。如果已經有在這個領域工作的經驗，不想以實習生的身份開始工作的話，可以從公司利益的角度，向面試官說明這樣子做對公司而言并不是上策。
