地形篇 NO.4：

視卒如嬰兒，故可以與之赴深溪;視卒如愛(ài)子，故可與之俱死。

厚而不能使，愛(ài)而不能令，亂而不能治，譬若驕子，不可用也。

知吾卒之可以擊，而不知敵之不可擊，勝之半也;

知敵之可擊，而不知吾卒之不可以擊，勝之半也;

知敵之可擊，知吾卒之可以擊，而不知地形之不可以戰(zhàn)，勝之半也。

這句啥意思：

對(duì)待士卒象對(duì)待嬰兒，士卒就可以同他共患難：對(duì)待士卒象對(duì)待自己的兒子，士卒就可以跟他同生共死。

如果對(duì)士卒厚待卻不能使用，溺愛(ài)卻不能指揮，違法而不能懲治，那就如同驕慣了的子女，是不可以用來(lái)同敵作戰(zhàn)的。

只了解自己的部隊(duì)可以打，而不了解敵人不可打，取勝的可能只有一半;

只了解敵人可以打，而不了解自己的部隊(duì)不可以打，取勝的可能也只有一半。

知道敵人可以打，也知道自己的部隊(duì)能打，但是不了解地形不利于作戰(zhàn)，取勝的可能性仍然只有一半。

英文這么說(shuō)：

Regard your soldiers as your children, and they will follow you into the deepest valleys; lookupon them as your own beloved sons, and they will stand by you even unto death.

If, however, you are indulgent, but unable to make your authority felt; kind-hearted, butunable to enforce your commands; and incapable, moreover, of quelling disorder:then yoursoldiers must be likened to spoilt children;they are useless for any practical purpose.

If we know that our own men are in a condition to attack, but are unaware that the enemy isnot open to attack, we have gone only halfway towards victory.

If we know that the enemy is open to attack,but are unaware that our own men are not in acondition to attack, we have gone only halfway towards victory.

If we know that the enemy is open to attack,and also know that our men are in a condition toattack,but are unaware that the nature of the ground makes fighting impracticable, we havestill gone only halfway

towards victory.

將兵之間的關(guān)系

這里再次闡述了將兵之間的關(guān)系，如何通過(guò)日常生活中的一些細(xì)節(jié)，提高將領(lǐng)的威信，團(tuán)結(jié)軍心，上下一致同心對(duì)敵。戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)雖然時(shí)冷酷無(wú)情的，但是應(yīng)該從士兵的日常生活給與相應(yīng)的關(guān)懷，讓士卒從中感覺(jué)到溫暖，從而更加努力地去戰(zhàn)斗。將帥對(duì)待士卒應(yīng)該要對(duì)待孩子一樣，公正嚴(yán)明，賞罰分明，就能團(tuán)結(jié)一心，上下協(xié)同一致對(duì)敵，同生共死，使得全軍戰(zhàn)斗力提高，真正做到無(wú)堅(jiān)不摧。又一次在軍事行為中體現(xiàn)出人性的光芒。
