舌尖上的美國(28):請客篇(上)

　　當你升職加薪，或是比賽勝利等等很多時候，你都會需要請客。那么在請客的時候我們怎樣大方得體的請客呢?今天我們就好好來談談。
　　當你想請別人吃一個冰淇淋時，該如何說呢?很簡單，只要一句“I'll treat you to ice cream.”就行了。這天，Susan就請她的中國朋友Mary和Linda到快餐館吃飯。
　　S: Here we are. This is my favourite place.
　　(到了，這里就是我最喜歡的地方)
　　M: How many times have you come here?
　　(你來過這里幾次啊)
　　S: I never counted.
　　(從來沒有算過)
　　L: I'd like to sit near the window.
　　(我想坐靠窗戶的位置)
　　S: Please be seated. It's my treat today.
　　(請坐吧，今天我請客)
　　M: Fast food restaurants are popular now.
　　(現(xiàn)在快餐店很受歡迎啊)
　　L: They are popular for quick, inexpensive meals or snacks.
　　(他們的飯或者小吃因為快速而又便宜而受歡迎)
　　S: What would you like to eat?
　　(你想吃什么)
　　L: I'll try a steak sandwich with a hamburger.
　　(我想要一份牛排三明治和一個漢堡)
　　M: Sounds good. I think I'll have the same.
　　(聽起來不錯，我也要一樣的)
　　S: Want something to drink?
　　(想要喝點什么嗎)
　　L: Coke, please.
　　(可樂，謝謝)
　　M: A cup of hot chocolate would be fine.
　　(一杯熱巧克力吧)
　　Notes：
　　1. It's my treat today.今天我請客，treat是請客的意思，在這里作名詞。
　　It's my treat. One Bill, please.
　　我請客。開在一起吧。
　　Don't worry. I've got money. It's my treat.
　　別擔心，我有錢。我請你。
　　It's my treat. It's on me . Let me pay. Be my guest . I'm paying . I got it. Don't say word . It'smy pleasure. Next time you can pay.
　　我請客。我請客。讓我付錢。我請客，我來買單。不要爭，這是我的榮幸。下次你可以付。
　　2.What would you like to eat?你想要吃什么
　　在請客的時候，一定不要自己自作主張，應該先問對方想吃什么，不要自己一股腦全部點了，這就有點不像是在請客了。下期節(jié)目中我們將就這個問題繼續(xù)深入。
