第九章 動詞句型 第二類句型―主語＋及物動詞＋賓語(1)

　　1“主+謂+賓”是英語中最常見的句型。在多數情況下賓語都用名詞或代詞表示：

　　I must say goodbye now.

　　我得告辭了。

　　He's changed his mind.

　　他改變了主意。

　　You've done a good job.

　　你干得很好。

　　Did he say anything?

　　他說什么話了嗎?

　　Don't do that again.

　　再不要這樣做了。

　　2.有時動詞和名詞構成一種習慣用語，有其特別意思：

　　I often catch cold.

　　我常常感冒。

　　Make haste，or we'll miss the bus.

　　趕快，否則我們趕不上汽車了。

　　He often played truant.

　　他常常逃學。

　　The law will soon take effect.

　　這條法律即將生效。

　　The concert takes place next Friday.

　　音樂會下星期五舉行。

　　3.賓語可以是反身代詞：

　　Don't deceive yourself.

　　不要騙你自己了。

　　He often contradicts himself.

　　他常常自相矛盾。

　　Let me introduce myself.

　　讓我介紹一下我自己。

　　Don't overwork yourself.

　　你不要過于勞累。

　　Pull yourself together.Hold your head up.

　　你振作起來，抬起頭來。

　　4.有些動詞后可以跟同源賓語(即以同源的名詞作賓語)：

　　He dreamed a sweet dream.

　　他做了一個美夢。

　　She smiled a warm and friendly smile.

　　她溫存友好地笑了笑。

　　He lived a long life and died a natural death.

　　他活得很長，最后壽終正寢了。

　　He slept the peaceful sleep of the young.

　　他睡了年輕人那種平靜的覺。

　　He said his say and sat down.

　　他說完他的話就坐下了。

　　Think happy thoughts and you'll feel better.

　　想高興的事，你會感到好些。

　　She closed her eyes and wished a wish.

　　她閉上眼睛許了一個愿。

　　Alice laughed a scornful laugh.

　　艾麗絲鄙夷地笑了笑。
