2.有時跟有一個短語或從句說明在哪個范圍內(nèi)如此:
It is the largest island in Eurore.

Yesterday was the hottest day of the year.

The Yangtze is the biggest river in our country.
長江是我國最大的河流.
It was the cheapest hotel we could find.

3.這形容詞前有時有定語或狀語修飾:
It's second largest city is Osaka.
