退款和更換的規(guī)定

Most stores in America have return and exchange policies.If, for instance, you buy a shirt and find out when you try it on that it's too small, you can take it back to the store and exchange it for a larger size. At many stores it is also possible to return items for a refund, though there is usually a time limit. Also, not all items can be returned. Books, swimsuits and CDs ( if they' ve been opened), for example, cannot be returned. When you make a purchase, it's always a good idea to find out the store's return and exchange policy.

美國(guó)大部分的商店都有退款和更換的規(guī)定。舉例來(lái)說(shuō)，如果你買了一件襯衫，試穿時(shí)卻發(fā)現(xiàn)太小了，就可以把它拿回店里換尺寸大一點(diǎn)的。很多商店也允許退還商品并退錢，不過這有時(shí)間限制。并非所有的物品都可被退還，例如：書、泳衣和CD (假如它們已經(jīng)被打開了)就不能被退還。當(dāng)你在買東西時(shí)，通常的好點(diǎn)子就是弄清楚商店退貨或退款的規(guī)定。
