When my best friend and I went to a cocktail bar and I couldn’t even handle the first sip of the cocktail because my mouth burned with sharp, unfamiliar sweetness and my teeth hurt after.我戒掉了糖也徹底改變了自己的味蕾,這么久不吃含糖食品(有時100% 的可可里只加最少量的甜葉菊)了再吃真正含糖的東西都受不了。我和最好的朋友去雞尾酒吧,剛開始只是抿了一小口雞尾酒我都受不了,我的嘴被那種很沖的不熟悉的甜味灼燒著,后來牙也疼了。So how did I overcome my sugar addiction?
