Ben : The office is planning 3 day weekend trip to San Francisco. Are you coming?

Ben : Next Friday. The entire office is going.

Short Trip : A short trip is one that is taken in the performance of a necessary mission or task.
Vacation : An extended period of recreation, especially one that is spend away from home or in travelling.
Flight : The action or process of flying through the air.
Advance Booking : To reserve something in advance, such as a table in a restaurant, a ticket, etc.
Weekend Trip : A trip organised in the time period usually extending from Friday through Sunday.
Bookings : Booking is an act of reserving accommodations, travel, etc or of buying tickets in advance.
Ticket : It is a piece of paper or small card that gives the holder a certain right, especially to enter a place, travel etc.
Double Room : A double room consists of two joined beds.
Hire : To hire means the action of hiring something or someone.
Destination : It is the place where someone or something is going or being sent.
Flight Reservation : An airline reservation is a legal contract whereby an airline undertakes, in exchange for a certain amount of money, to provide a seat to a specific passenger by plane on a specific flight from one airport to another.
Return Flight : The flight coming back to a former place or state.
Airport : It is a complex of runaways and buildings for the takeoff, landing, and maintenance of civil aircraft, with facilities for passengers.
